Client Success Manager / Admin

We are seeking a dedicated Client Success Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for fostering and maintaining relationships with our clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and ultimately driving growth and success for our business.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
• Monitor and analyze customer usage of our product, providing insights and recommendations.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services.
• Advocate customer needs/issues cross-departmentally and work towards resolution.

Requirements

• High level manager
• Proven ability to juggle multiple account management at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
• Expertise in Excel, creating reporting, formulas, etc. 
• With experience in creating and developing material, coaching, and managing a large amount of people
• Extremely organized and proactive in finding solutions.
• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
• Natural relationship builder with integrity, reliability, and maturity
• Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Willing to work in Pacific Time (PST) schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM PST).
• With own Laptop or Desktop (8GB RAM, core 5 above & Microsoft Office) with an internet connection of at least 10mbps
