Summary

The Client Success Manager is responsible for fostering and growing relationships with new and existing clients. To be successful, our clients must be successful, satisfied and engaged in a continuous partnership with Foxbox Digital. As the primary point of contact, understanding our clients needs and proactively providing solutions to drive mutual success is critical to our mission. The Client Success Manager works closely with all team members, collaborating effectively with team members and providing feedback both within and outside of the client engagements. 

Responsibilities:

  • Acts as the main point of contact for assigned clients fostering a growing relationship through business meetings and continuous support offering tailored solutions and services for their evolving needs and goals.
  • Owns the actions between sales, clients, and internal teams from inception to completion by onboarding clients to Foxbox and the associated project team onto the client’s project.
  • Uses knowledge of the client’s goals and challenges to explain program and project decisions to clients, project stakeholders, and coworkers.
  • Is proficient with using tools and processes to measure key metrics relating to client satisfaction and retention.
  • Uses client metrics to foster strategic plans to mitigate client churn using regular health assessments to provide feedback and recommendations for improvement. . 
  • Facilitates client renewals based on pre-approved renewal definitions sharing insights with the Sales team for potential upselling opportunities.

Requirements

Who You are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience working as a Client Success Manager or similar role.
  • You are a high school graduate and have the right to work in the United States.
  • You have experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to communicate across diverse audiences, including leadership.
  • You are detail oriented, organized, and consistent.
  • Ability to give and receive feedback, growing and learning from mistakes.
  • Ability to document notes with accuracy.
  • You are able to communicate with clarity when speaking and writing to others.
  • You have working knowledge of Hubspot, Google Suite, Miro, and video conferencing tools.
  • Experience working in a consulting, professional services, or managed services desired.
  • Experience working in a startup or small business and with people from different cultures, specifically LATAM is desired.
  • Fluency in English required.
