- Prior experience working at major industry events such as ICE London, SBC, iGB, SiGMA is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Brainstorm, plan, and implement event concepts and strategies.
- Manage event budgeting and invoicing.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote exhibitions to potential attendees.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored exhibition solutions.
- Liaise and negotiate with event hosts and vendors.
- Negotiate sponsorship deals.
- Oversee production and logistics for all event elements, from souvenir products to corporate stands.
- Manage branding merchandise and other event essentials.
- Develop and administer event feedback surveys.
- Track and analyze exhibition data to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and overall event success.
- Undertake business trips abroad to attend events and manage on-site operations.
