We are looking for an energetic and people driven Head of Sales for our Israel region. This role works closely with our Marketing and Growth teams to prospect, qualify and close new sales.

The best candidates for this position thrive on objective positivity, personal accountability, and love the challenge of lateral problem solving.

What you will do::

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to meet sales targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand market reach
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
  • Provide sales forecasts, reports, and analysis to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, growth and client service to ensure alignment in sales strategies
  • Train and mentor sales team members to enhance their skills and performance
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers

Requirements
  • 3+ years of B2C EdTech sales leadership role experience, background in SaaS organizations is a plus
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a sales team
  • The ability to handle dozens of opportunities in parallel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Based in Israel or remote
  • Deeply immersed in the culture of Israel
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Sharp business acumen with prior experience using CRM
