As a HR Business Partner, you will oversee HR activities including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, and employee experience for your region. You will also partner with PS and CS department heads and provide HR guidance and run HR initiatives. You will report to the Chief People Officer.

What you’ll be doing

  • Support people managers in talent acquisition and onboarding processes
  • Run People initiatives: goal setting, people review, career development, merit increases
  • Work closely with management and employees to increase employee engagement, performance, and retention
  • Manage employee relations issues and provide guidance towards conflict resolution
  • Process employees’ requests and provide relevant information
  • Ensure our compliance with applicable local labour law and regulations

      What you’ll need to be successful

      • 3-5 years experience as a HR Business Partner
      • Curious, self-starter, problem solver and results oriented
      • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
      • Knowledge of labor laws in your region
      • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
      • Proficiency in MS Office
      • Bachelor degree in Human Resources or relevant field
