Due to rapid growth, we are looking to hire experienced Mobilisation Coordinators to join an existing team of Talent Acquisition Specialists. The roles can be based in Perth, Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne or Tasmania as long as you can commit to working Western Australia hours.

Our ideal Mobilisation Coordinators will bring the following attributes and capability to this dynamic and powerful hiring hub:
- An ability to provide all facets of mobilisation to meet future project requirements such as labour pool management, medical, training & induction bookings, resource forecasting, accommodation & flight bookings, site access compliance and roster management
- Adaptable to constant changes in work schedules and candidate volume depending on day-to-day project requirements
- Confidence to work closely with site management teams to offer a seamless onboarding and mobilisation process to new hires
- Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritise tasks effectively
- Strong problem solving skills with the ability to solve issues as they arise, and in an efficient and professional manner
