Sales Back Office Specialist


As a Sales Backoffice Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our Sales Team. Your primary focus will be to facilitate seamless sales processes, from engaging with leads to preparing tender documents with cutting-edge AI tools. Your role is crucial in enhancing our sales efficiency and effectiveness

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Team Support:
    Act as a vital link between our sales representatives and potential clients. Ensure the sales team is equipped with necessary resources and information.
  • Lead Contact:
    Proactively reach out to potential leads, understanding their needs and introducing them to our services.
  • Meeting Coordination:
    Organize and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal alignment between all participants, including international clients.
  • Tender Document Preparation:
    Utilize AI tools to prepare compelling, accurate tender documents, aligning with company standards and client requirements.
  • International Team Collaboration:
    Work closely with our diverse, global team, contributing to an inclusive and dynamic work environment.
  • Data Management:
    Maintain and update sales databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Market Analysis:
    Assist in analyzing market trends and client feedback to enhance sales strategies.
  • Training and Development:
    Participate in ongoing AI and sales training to stay at the forefront of industry developments.

 

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Fluency in Business German:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Fluency in Business English:
    Strong proficiency in English to facilitate international communications and documentation.
  • AI Proficiency:
    Familiarity with AI tools and technologies, especially in the context of sales and marketing.

 

You have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales support or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
