Sales Operations Specialist


Basic Function

As a Sales Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for streamlining and enhancing our sales operations to support our sales team’s success. You will be the driving force behind the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales processes, account segmentation and technology stack support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, 6sense, organizing sales playbooks, reporting on sales activity, and CRM database management.

Principal Accountabilities

  • Utilize your proficiency in Outreach, ZoomInfo and HubSpot to optimize lead generation, email campaigns, and lead tracking.
  • Leverage 6Sense to identify and target potential prospects and align marketing and sales efforts for maximum impact. Enable automation of segmentation by verticals and sub-verticals by buyer intent data and buying stage
  • Create, maintain, and continually improve sales playbooks in Hubspot and marketing assets by coordinating with the Marketing team to equip the sales team with the tools and resources they need to succeed.
  • Maintains a repository of master sales documents, including standard contracts or current price sheets. 
  • Develop and generate reports on sales activities, performance, and key metrics to provide insights for data-driven decision-making using Hubspot, 6Sense, Zoominfo and Outreach for reporting to leadership and sales personnel.
  • Monitor and assist in managing the sales pipeline data, ensuring its accuracy, and identifying opportunities for pipeline growth.
  • Take the lead in maintaining and cleaning up our CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and consistency, eliminating account/contact duplicates and ensuring proper account ownership across sales and marketing teams.
  • Utilize ZoomInfo and LinkedIn and other relevant databases to segment market verticals, identify key enterprise account targets and maintain account assignments for sales team memebers
  • Lead the effort to expand the company’s addition to key account approved vendor lists.

Requirements

**To qualify for employee positions, candidates must be legal residents of one of the following states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, IA, MI, NC, NE, OH, TN, TX, WI.**

  • Must be a US citizen or permanent resident to be considered for full-time employment
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales operations or sale enablement role and strong experience with HubSpot, Outreach, Zoominfo and 6Sense.
  • Experience building sales playbooks, reporting on sales activities, account segmentation, and sales processes.
  • Strong experience managing and manipulating large datasets and experience utilizing data analytics visualization tools such as PowerBI.
  • Comprehensive understanding of targeted industry business environments, issues and trends affecting outsourcing spend.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships with senior executives.
  • A skilled communicator with some presentation skills.
  • A proactive self-starter who is goal-oriented and able to work in a distributed organizational environment.
  • Demonstrated commitment to stay abreast of industry trends and technical advancements across multiple business sectors / industries in contact center environments.
  • Experience selling on-demand, multichannel contact center outsourcing solutions a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, competitive sales culture.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Adept with technology and proficient with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, Contact Databases
