We’re on the lookout for an experienced and dynamic Senior Account Executive to play a crucial role in our venture-backed startup. We are a fast-paced and innovative startup seeking a self-starter who can contribute to shaping and leading our sales function. This is a permanent, full-time position – you can work remotely or in our Warsaw office.
- Salary of PLN 10,000 to PLN 15,000 net + VAT (on target salary)💰
- Uncapped commission
- Revenue Generation: Execute inbound strategies, convert high-intent opportunities, and uncover new business from our freemium customer base.
- Process Development: Play a pivotal role in building and refining sales processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
- Coaching and Training: Bring your passion for coaching and training, contributing to your own development and that of the team.
- Minimum of 5 years in Sales, preferably with a successful track record in B2B SaaS products.
- Excellent command of the English language, with linguistic nuances (C2 English or Native proficiency is a must-have).
- Eager to learn and adapt, navigating challenges with a can-do attitude.
- Clear and concise communication and presentation skills with a drive to make an immediate impact.
