As a Strategic Partnerships Development Manager for the EU and UK region, you will play a critical role in developing and managing partnerships to drive growth and success for MinIO.

  • Identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential strategic partners in the EU and UK region
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, fostering collaboration and joint business opportunities
  • Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutual business objectives are met
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams to drive joint go-to-market initiatives
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
  • Track and report progress against partnership goals and objectives


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
  • 5-7 years of proven track record in developing successful strategic partnerships in the software industry
  • Deep understanding of the EU and UK market landscape, including key players and trends
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to analyze market data and identify new business opportunities
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
