Vice President of Sales

ChartSquad, the leader in medical records access and portability, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Sales to join our team. This pivotal role involves spearheading our sales department, driving sales strategies, and leading our team toward achieving ambitious sales goals. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. 
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring sales staff and developing training programs. 
  • Managing sales teams and maintaining sales operations. 
  • Oversee sales operations and manage sales budgets. 
  • Set and monitor quarterly and annual sales goals, motivating teams to achieve them. 
  • Analyze market trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide accurate sales forecasting. 
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through a deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors. 
  • Produce detailed sales reports and present findings to the leadership team. 
  • Cultivate and maintain key customer relationships and partnerships. 
  • Work closely with Marketing and Proposition teams to create compelling value propositions. 
  • Provide leadership and direction to the solutions consulting team, supporting sales presentations. 
  • Lead Sales Management Teams responsible for nurturing client relationships across diverse legal client segments. 
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive Sales Management Strategy. 
  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Marketing, and Segment Proposition Owners to support sales objectives. 
  • Coach Sales Managers to lead their teams effectively and drive high performance. 
  • Coordinate sales efforts across various regions and account types. 
  • Manage a robust sales pipeline, balancing new business opportunities with existing customer development. 
  • Supervise remote SDR teams and on-site sales representatives, optimizing workload distribution. 
  • Utilize analytics to manage team performance and achieve clear KPIs. 

Requirements: 

  • Proven sales leadership experience with a hands-on approach. 
  • Availability to work standard business hours, with flexibility to address matters as needed outside of business hours. 
  • Strong ability to hold a sales team accountable and drive results. 
  • Experience in bridging sales and marketing efforts. 
  • Preferred experience in legal software solutions. 
  • Proficiency in HubSpot and high-level knowledge of its functionalities. 
  • Capability to quickly learn and integrate new software technologies required for sales enablement.
