ABOUT THE ROLE

The primary goal of this project is to provide support in integrating Keycloak with the Angular/Spring Boot bAV Portal. This includes establishing connections with Keycloak/LDAP and the Angular/Spring Boot bAV Portal. The project also involves the development and setup of Keycloak as an alternative to Webseal. Furthermore, it encompasses integrating and adapting RuV CI/CD to the bAV Portal, performing packaging, releasing, and deploying the bAV application, implementing logging and monitoring for the service delivery process in production, integrating the bAV application into the R+V operating environment, automating the CI/CD process, and developing Infrastructure as Code (IaC).

• Installation of software and databases
• Design and implementation of concrete and real software architecture and source code

• Writing test cases and methods in IaC code

REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledge of common IaC programming languages/scripts and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible and Robot Framework)
• Scripting for automation purposes (e.g., monitoring, code analyses, etc.)
• Familiarity with common DevOps tools (from code repository to code delivery)
• Release creation and conception and execution of software tests, including Infrastructure as Code Tests
• Container virtualization of applications (e.g., with Kubernetes or Docker)
• Automation of development, testing (test automation), security, and integration
• Optimization of operational processes
• Management and release of codes and system resources in versions using Continuous Integration (CI) / Continuous Delivery (CD)
• Knowledge of optimal IT operations
• Fluency in English
