Engineering Team Lead (Infrastructure)


As an Engineering Team Lead for the Infra team in Multilogin, you will be responsible for leading a group of infrastructure professionals to ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of our software systems. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing infrastructure projects, managing the team, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and system stability.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, supervise, and develop a team of infrastructure engineers
  • Set clear team goals and individual performance expectations
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback and perform regular 1:1s with each member of their team
  • Run team ceremonies, setting daily work goals, ensuring smooth work flow and reaching the goals agreed with the Product and Engineering organization
  • Maintain a fully staffed team and for driving recruitment of open roles in the team, if any
  • Manage the infrastructure budget, optimizing costs without compromising performance
  • Evaluate and supports team development, manage personal development, training plans, career development and promotions
  • Evaluate performance on a regular basis and recommend salary changes and maintains retention plans and succession plans for team members
  • Organize work process, coordinate and control work actions, ensure the work quality and that tasks are performed on time, including initiative delivery schedules being observed
  • Stay responsible for the team to understand and follow processes and technologies
  • Act as a mid or senior developer within the team, for 50% of the time
  • Experience with our stack: 
    • Elasticsearch, Kibana, Prometheus, New Relic
    • Docker Swarm, k8s, AWS, Redis, Ansible, Kafka
  • Experience with DevOps approach, CI/CD
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience leading an infra team
  • Fluent English (C1)
  • Knowledge about agile development methodologies
