ABOUT THIS ROLE
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Sales Manager to join our team. This net-new role involves expanding our footprint in the K-12 education sector across multiple states. The ideal candidate will be adept at delivering compelling presentations, building relationships, tracking progress methodically with a CRM, and will possess a deep understanding of the nuances that contribute to exceptional sales performance. A background in the K-12 industry and a reputable network are essential to foster trust and credibility with potential clients.
1. Aggressively pursue new customers and opportunities within an assigned region.
2. Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the K-12 sector across various states. Implement strategic plans to expand our market presence.
3. Client Engagement: Deliver impactful presentations to education leaders, demonstrating the unique value of QuantHub’s solutions. Understand and address the specific needs of each client.
4. Relationship Management: Utilize your industry connections to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the K-12 education sector.
5. Sales Execution: Utilize CRM tools (Hubspot preferred) to manage sales processes efficiently. Track and analyze sales data to inform strategies and report on performance.
6. Market Insight: Keep abreast of industry trends, educational policies, and market dynamics. Use this knowledge to inform sales strategies and product development.
Requirements
- Proactive, driven, and passionate about helping underserved communities prepare for the jobs of tomorrow.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the K-12 education sector.
- Excellent presentation skills, with an ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and understanding of sales data analysis.
- Established network within the K-12 industry, with a reputation for integrity and trustworthiness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
