You will coordinate the day-to-day operations related to talent, benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, training and development, and more. You will work closely with other members of the People Operations team to implement policies, programs, and initiatives that support the company’s culture, growth, and success.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet new hires warmly and make them feel welcome on their first day
- Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (all necessary paperwork)
- Facilitate email accounts, and access to necessary software and tools
- Conduct a comprehensive orientation session to introduce the company’s mission, values, and culture
- Arrange meetings with key team members and introduce new hires to their colleagues
- Clarify compensation structures and payroll processes
- Address any ongoing questions or concerns that arise after the initial onboarding stages
- Conduct an exit interview to gather feedback on the employee’s experiences, reasons for leaving, and suggestions for improvement
- Coordinate the return of company-owned assets, such as laptops, access cards, mobile phones, and any other equipment issued to the departing employee
- Communicate the departure internally to relevant teams and departments
- Coordinate the finalization of salary, benefits, and any outstanding payments
- Disable access to company systems, databases, email accounts, and any other tools or platforms.
- Ensure the security of sensitive information by revoking access promptly
- Complete and file exit paperwork, including any required legal or compliance-related documentation
- Employee removal negotiations
- Verify and process time and attendance data, including overtime and leave balances
- Communicate payroll-related changes, updates, and deadlines to employees
- Process payroll payments for contractors
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting open communication.
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and ensure the organization’s practices are up-to-date.
- Update all the documentation we have to comply with the law
