Senior Marketing Manager

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Marketing Manager will play a key role in driving our marketing efforts, with a focus on creating impactful campaigns, optimizing digital channels, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:

1. Email Marketing Campaigns:

– Develop and execute compelling email marketing campaigns and newsletters.

– Implement engaging drip campaigns to grow the sales pipeline and achieve quarterly and annual objectives.

2. Digital Marketing Optimization:

– Continuously optimize web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and other advertising campaigns to meet performance goals.

– Develop new content and campaign ideas aligned with the broader marketing strategy.

3. Reporting and Analysis:

– Create and maintain monthly marketing KPI reports.

– Communicate results to stakeholders for digital marketing campaigns.

– Use data analysis skills to make informed decisions and tell compelling stories with the data.

4. Content Development:

– Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, ebooks, reports, webinars, and infographics.

– Collaborate with the design team to develop creative assets for campaigns.

5. Partnership Management:

– Serve as the primary point of contact for external marketing partners, providing direction and project management for digital agencies and contract designers.

– Manage an internal, remote technical marketer based overseas.

6. Lead Generation and Conversion:

– Grow new leads, including marketing-qualified leads, through calls-to-action, landing pages, and lead generation content.

– Manage marketing automation on HubSpot and optimize lead handling processes.

7. Analytics and Collaboration:

– Establish closed-loop analytics with the sales team to understand how inbound marketing activities contribute to customer acquisition.

– Coordinate go-to-market activities with the sales team, seeking input to improve deal conversion rates.

– Create sales enablement tools as required/agreed upon.

QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Agility and ability to switch gears quickly in a fast-paced company.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing previous work and/or work samples.
  • 2+ years of experience managing marketing automation on HubSpot.
  • 2+ years of experience with Social Media, SEO, SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
  • Google Analytics fluency; experience using TagManager and Webmaster Tools is a plus.
  • Experience with website CMS, with WordPress preferred.
  • Strong data analysis skills to inform decision-making.
  • Experience with Google Suite to efficiently collaborate and communicate within the team.
  • Detail-focused and multi-tasking oriented, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
  • Excellent organizational skills, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of tasks.
  • Adobe Photoshop and/or InDesign experience is a plus, showcasing a creative and design-oriented skill set.
  • Hospitality and/or real estate industry experience is a plus, providing a valuable understanding of the market dynamics and customer needs.


Location:
Extenteam is based in Miami, FL, however, our workforce works all across the country and beyond, and this position can be done remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
