The role is based in the GMT+0 to GMT+3 time zones and is offered only to residents within these time zones.

Position Overview

This role is for our central marketing team that supports our portfolio companies with all things marketing and growth. You’ll have the unique opportunity to work with multiple multi-million dollar ventures across various industries at the same time.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate candidate with a high affinity for project management. You’ll oversee all operational activities with our growing portfolio of 18 ventures (plus +50% new acquisitions in 2024). You will report directly to our Brand CMOs and act at the interaction point between the central marketing team and our saas ventures. This is a key role in our growing marketing team.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record and passion for project management, success in scaling processes and experience in working with a wide range of stakeholders (in- and external). You will establish operational processes and workflows, resource planning as well as tracking and reporting of allocated budgets, projects and goals.

Requirements

  • Based in a European time zone.
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written).
  • 7+ years of experience in project management, stakeholder management and general marketing.
  • 3+ years of experience in people management and good interpersonal skills (please note that this role is not a people lead, but a project lead type of role).
  • Personal growth: used to working in a fast-paced and ever changing environment (our portfolio will grow 50%+ in 2024). Open minded and able to adapt quickly.
  • Problem-solving: analytical skills to spot potential conflicts and roadblocks early, find solutions quickly without being prompted.
  • Project management: proficiency in project planning (incl. forecasting), execution and monitoring. A get-things-done mentality with structured problem-solving skills. Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Operational excellence: you obsess over finding ways to improve and optimize workflows and processes.
  • Communication skills: effective communication with internal teams and other stakeholders (in- and external), great relationship-building skills.
  • Financial acumen: budgeting and financial management skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ownership: a high degree of self-initiative, personal responsibility and ownership.
  • Data-driven: monitoring key performance indicators for operational success.
