ABOUT THIS POSITION:  Abundant Professional Services is actively seeking a driven and professional Business Development Representative to join our team. This part-time position, focusing on the eastern US markets, is an excellent opportunity for an eager salesperson who is passionate about developing new business opportunities and contributing to our growth.   

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

– Drive the creation and maintenance of new business pipelines, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly quotas.

– Engage with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, project budgets, and timelines.

– Maintain active engagement with leads through various channels, increasing interest in our products and services.

– Generate new business opportunities to fuel our expansion.

– Develop and manage strategic target account lists within your territory.

– Collaborate with the team to share best practices and create innovative initiatives.

– Leverage experience in small business needs to enhance customer engagement.

 

Qualifications
  • – Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in a business-related field.

    – 1-2 years of relevant sales and business development experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

    – Strong communication and listening skills.

    – Ability to organize and prioritize effectively, adapting quickly to changing demands.

    – High energy, positive attitude, and unwavering commitment to professional excellence.

    – Self-motivated, with the capability to work both independently and collaboratively.

    – Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office Suite, online meeting tools, and VOIP, essential for executing job responsibilities efficiently.

    – Comfortable in a dynamic remote work environment, with readiness to work on-site as needed.

    – Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.

    – Evidence of past successes (proof of work or portfolio) will significantly enhance your application.

Additional Information

– BACKGROUND CHECK REQUIRED.

– US Citizenship Required.

– POSITION LOCATION: Remote, with occasional on-site work.

– DUTY HOURS: Tuesday-Thursday TBD.

– SALARY: Hourly Rate plus Commission.
