We’re seeking a seasoned Email Marketing Manager with strong functional and technical expertise to join our team. You will play a crucial role in the Marketing team as the Head of everything related to Email, ensuring that campaigns align with business needs while considering technical constraints.
As the Email Marketing Manager, you will develop, implement, and manage our email marketing strategy to engage and retain customers, drive sales, and increase brand awareness.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your expertise in email marketing best practices, automation, and performance analysis to create targeted and personalized email campaigns that resonate with our audience and drive results.
Requirements
The role:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive email marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s overall marketing and business objectives.
- Plan, create, and manage email campaigns, including promotional, transactional, lifecycle, and triggered emails, ensuring consistency in design, tone, and messaging.
- Manage email lists, segmentation, and targeting to ensure optimal deliverability and engagement.
- Test the success of every campaign
- Determine email marketing KPIs
- Develop and present weekly reports
- Implement email marketing automation and personalization techniques to create relevant, timely, and personalized customer experiences.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on email campaign performance, utilizing key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI to optimize and refine email marketing efforts.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to email marketing, deliverability, and privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR and CAN-SPAM).
- Ensure email campaigns comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate email marketing efforts with other marketing channels, such as social media, paid search, and content marketing.
- Participate in QA and product processes applied to Email.
- Manage relationships with email service providers, vendors, and other partners to ensure optimal campaign execution and deliverability.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful email campaigns.
- Specific experience with SaaS products, B2C and B2B
- Strong understanding of email marketing best practices, metrics, and deliverability.
- Proficiency with email marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid, Activecampaign, HubSpot.)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to derive insights from campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of email marketing regulations, such as GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
- Excellent management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders across our organization.
