Position Summary
A Sr. Insight Implementation Specialist serves as the subject matter expert for ensuring the infusion of insight into our Conversational Engagement Platform. They are responsible for working with Strategic Planners, product/development team, and data science team to ensure the effective translation of journey insight into tangible data assets and processes that are leveraged within an AI-powered platform in order to achieve client goals.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Lead the creation and refinement of library resources relevant to the patient/user’s journey (as informed by insight work)
- Develop and refine text prompts to optimize conversational AI performance
- Generate training data for custom large language models based on the patient/user’s journey (as informed by insight work)
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompts, resource library, and LLM training data align with company goals and user needs
- Monitor, analyze and score conversation performance to identify areas for improvement
- Other projects and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Experience in natural language processing, machine learning, prompt engineering, and/or large language models
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
