About This Opportunity 🔍 

As a Revenue Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and aligning processes across our sales, marketing, and Operations teams to ultimately drive revenue growth. You will be responsible for managing and improving our sales tech stack, maintaining a comprehensive database of sales assets, and implementing process improvements. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering collaboration between departments, supporting cross-functional hand-off processes, and executing reporting initiatives. Essentials for Success 🏆  
  1. 3+ years of experience in sales operations coupled with a deep knowledge / Mastery of HubSpot (CRM + Marketing Automation)
  2. Proficiency in lead management, CRM mass data uploads, and sales analytics tools/platforms.
  3. Ability to manage and optimize a variety of technology tools, including ZoomInfo, DocuSign, Notion, and Panjiva (a plus).
  4. Hands on experience in developing and implementing training and enablement plans
  5. Demonstrated ability to facilitate cross-department collaboration on key hand-off processes
  6. Strong business acumen with an understanding of executive reporting needs.
  7. Must reside in the U.S or Canada as we are not hiring globally – (yet!)

  • You’ve held a comparable role within the freight or logistics industry
  • You have Knowledge of or quick ability to learn tools such as ZoomInfo, DocuSign, Notion, and Panjiva
  • You’ve previously worked with 3rd party marketing agencies or streamlined marketing teams
  • You are capable of implementing lead prospecting and list-building processes
  • You have the ambition to be autonomous and own multitasking and prioritizing with limited direction

Compensation 💰

Shippabo is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base compensation for this role is between min $65,000 and max $80,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. This range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.





* This role requires very minimal travel of up to 5% for department gatherings and/or conferences.
