Network Coordinator at AllCare Health with the Provider Services department

This position assists the Provider Services department in all clerical, coordination, and administration functions. Oversees and processes all surveys for the Alternative Payment Models and track statistics in relations to AllCare Health, Inc. contracts deliverables.

Essential Duties

Maintains existing OHA and CMS contract deliverables database to include responsible parties.
Track submissions of OHA and CMS contract deliverables by AllCare Health.
Maintains monitoring and oversight of Medicaid and Medicare programs.
Coordinates quarterly provider outreach to update provider directories. Collects provider data update profiles and data entry to provider directories.

Education & Experience

Associate’s degree (AA) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Certificates, Licenses and/or Registrations

Valid insurable Oregon Driver’s license
Bilingual Language Assessment (both spoken and written fluency) in English and at least one of the following languages: Spanish, Russian, Portuguese, Vietnamese or Standard Chinese (Mandarin).
OHA Certified or Qualified Interpreter is preferred

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk and reach with hands and arms. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
