You Are: Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll Developer
The Work: The Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll Developer must have hands on development experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll. The candidate must be able to develop and test the PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine, update/modify existing extensions or tailored software. Must have experience with integration of PeopleSoft Global Payroll with existing Oracle PeopleSoft HCM solutions to support the Integrated Personnel and Pay System. The candidate should also have experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) delivery environment and be able to build and test Epics, Features, Users Stories, conduct Software Demonstrations and receive Acceptance Criteria for delivery backlog items to roll out Global Payroll in an incremental and iterative fashion to the government.
Here’s what you need:
Must have PeopleSoft implementation experience
Expert knowledge of relational database applications and SQL
Understanding of PeopleSoft Architecture
PeopleTools and PeopleCode experience
Application Designer experience in creating and modifying application engine programs, components, interfaces, workflows and forms
SQL, XML Publisher, PS Query, JavaScript, and other development tools
Experience with developer standards and code migration processes
Create and maintain developer artifacts such as TDDs, Unit Test Scripts, Logs and Root Cause Analysis for Defects
Experience implementing/upgrading and supporting PeopleSoft HCM solutions.
Strong configuration and development experience with Oracle PeopleSoft Global Payroll rules engine
Advanced understanding of Oracle PeopleSoft HCM suite (HR, Position Mgmt, Benefits, T&L, Absence Mgmt, Self-Service functionality, Recruiting)
Takes technical design direction from the Development Lead
Ability to work closely with cross-functional team members
Experience in an Agile environment
Translate business & functional requirements into technical design specifications.
Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years ERP Implementation experience in lieu of degree
Ability to obtain active DoD Secret Clearance
Bonus Points If:
Experience working with DoD requirements and business rules
Experience with integration of PeopleSoft Global Payroll and its integration with Financial Systems (AR, AP, GL, AM, PE, etc)
Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker
Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.
Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role:
California: $95,600 – $178,600
Colorado: $95,600 – $154,300
New York: $88,600 – $178,600
Washington State: $101,900 – $164,400
