*Job Description Summary: *Humana Healthy Horizons in Oklahoma is seeking a Senior Data Manager supports configuration control, data management, and deficiency reporting. The Data Compliance Manager completes assignments that involve moderately complex to complex issues, where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.

*Key Responsibilities:*

The Senior Data Manager:
* Provides oversight to ensure all Contract data conforms to OHCA data standards and policies.
* Supports implementation of OHCA and industry policies for requirements management, document management, change management, production and delivery, and configuration management of the performance, functional, and physical baselines.
* Acquires, validates, stores, protects, and processes required data to ensure the accessibility, reliability, and timeliness of the data for its users.
* Develops and executes architectures, policies, practices, and procedures that properly manage the full data lifecycle needs of the program.

*Required Qualifications*
* *Must reside in Oklahoma.*
* Bachelor’s degree
* 5 or more years of technical experience with data integration, reporting, and verification
* Experience taking complex data and making it more accessible, understandable and usable for leaders to derive insights.
* Experience with reporting and creating metrics for management.
* Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

*Preferred Qualifications*
* Master’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering and/or related field
* Healthcare or managed care experience
* Experience with data extraction and analysis technologies such as SAS, SPSS, QlickView, Hadoop, SQL or similar tools.

*Additional Information:*

*Workstyle: *Remote but flexible for associate to work a Hybrid Home or Hybrid Office workstyle in Humana Healthy Horizon’s Oklahoma City, OK location.

*Travel:* Less than 10% to office meetings in Oklahoma City, OK.

*Typical Workdays/Hours: *Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5:00pm

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00 – $131,000.00 per year
