About the Job:
As a Technical Integration Consultant, you will be in a client-facing, consultative role with the primary goal of assisting clients as they integrate their website/eCommerce platform with the Listrak Platform. The role establishes and communicates data requirements for client data imports, reviews client data and troubleshoots issues.
This position is part of a larger Integration Services team which encompasses all client technical systems, including multiple cross-channel data sources such as POS, OMS, and various forms of CRM. The Integration Services team is part of a larger Professional Services department whose mission is to onboard clients and set up automated solutions. You will regularly work cross-functionally with Project Managers, Designers, Quality Analysts, as well as Sales and Account Managers. Establishes and communicates data requirements for client data imports, reviews client data and troubleshoots issues.
Communication is a large focus, whether it is in the form of relaying integration requirements, solution limitations, troubleshooting issues, etc. to client contacts or project-related risks and issues, integration timelines, etc. to internal team members. Second, but equally as important, are problem solving and critical thinking skills in conjunction with a technical background; this is what sets the Technical Integration Consultant apart as a highly valuable technical resource.
You should have:
A degree or certification in a Computer Science-related field or equivalent front-end development experience
2+ years of experience in a cross-functional project team, with an emphasis on technical consultation and troubleshooting; experience with technical implementations/integrations in a SaaS company or similar environment is ideal
Experience within ecommerce SaaS platforms
The ability to manage competing priorities with strong time management skills
Customer service experience; the ability to build client rapport
The ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including external and internal teams
