Project Manager- Revenue Cycle


We Are Hiring:
Department: AP ASLM
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm central time
Location: Remote
What You Will Do:

Are you an IT Project Manager with 10 years of experience in a healthcare envirionment?

Manage assigned project(s) to completion.

Role Expectations:

Driving projects forward to set and sometimes aggressive deadlines and budgets
Follow Ascension PMO processes (based on PMI standards)
Manage project deliverables in ServiceNow (PPM) Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Drive)
Develop and maintain project management deliverables including project charters, RACIs, communication plans, test plans, and project schedules.
Manager project resource plans in ServiceNow
Create the project budget and manage project finances
Drive project process through project meetings, minutes, task assignments, setting deadlines and follow ups.
Holding resources accountable for deadlines
Identifying risks and issues. Driving remediation of risks and resolution of issues.
Reporting to portfolio and tower leaders
Maintain a close relationship with leadership and stakeholders providing regular reports, ad hoc reports, and addressing concerns.
Adapt communication to various levels (resources, leaders, stakeholders)
Manage subprojects
Other duties as assigned
Develop project goals, objectives and schedule to align with defined business strategy.
Define and ensure resources are assigned to meet project goals.
Develop, track and document all aspects of the project.
Define project budget and monitors and adjust plan as resource requirements change.
Communicate and document project quality and progress metrics.
Address and resolve project issues to ensure project remains on track.
What You Will Need:

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate’s
degree/Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
Additional Preferences:
Minimally must have a Bachelor’s Degree and 10 years of IT project management experience.
Three years of healthcare experience.
PMP or equivalent experience preferred.
Expertise in formal project management processes.
Strong communication, organizational, and creative problem solving skills are essential.
Ability to adjust communication style to the audience.
Ability to drive projects to deadlines and budgets.
Experience with Google Office and ServiceNow preferred.
Experience with projects involving EMR and revenue cycle solutions required.
