ICF’s IT Modernization division is a rapidly growing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven department, seeking an experienced ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Implementation Specialist. A leader in their area of expertise, recognized as a subject matter expert in all aspects relating to e supporting and driving the design, implementation, testing, and deployment of ServiceNow HAM and SAM Pro. Leads Hardware and Software asset/installation remediations and/or troubleshooting either on request or proactively.

This position will be working directly with stakeholders, serving in both Business Analyst and Project Lead roles, and must be able to communicate effectively via phone and web conferencing as many stakeholders work remotely. In addition to supporting all phases of the project, this position will also be responsible for authoring content and peer reviewing a wide array of documents, including functional, technical, training as well as marketing, and proposals.

Responsibilities

Maintains proper relationships as defined in the agreed HAM-Pro Models; this includes (but is not limited to) people, IT components, and contracts.

Assisting in HAM and SAM Service Level Agreement reporting, both operational and ad-hoc reports as required and agreed upon.

Provides HAM and SAM Pro experience leadership including training, mentoring & staff augmentation.

Builds customer relationships by delivering above client expectations on assigned deliverables and is accountable for proactively identifying & winning add-on work and identifying cross-sales leads.

Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies.

Required Skills

1+ years of ServiceNow SAM and HAM Pro experience

8+ years of hardware management experience: Business Analysis experience – System Design, System Architecture, Business Technical Architecture, Business System Requirements definition, or similar.

1+ years of Agile Scrum experience

1+ years of Qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.

1+ years of Contract Analysis (major vendors (Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, SAP, Adobe):

1+ years of Converting purchases to entitlements: Interpreting Major vendor Enterprise agreements for resulting entitlements and options in licensing and usage

1+ years of Discovery to Usage metric conversion familiarity: Principles of complex analysis (virtualization effects on usage calculation); Decision trees for calculation of demand; Optimization Principles to reduce cost aim/or minimize audit claims. Strategies for deriving knowledge of upcoming audits and/or true-ups. Understanding of how Business processes are supported by technology. Able to write reports, conduct meetings, and perform investigative work.

US Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirements.

Must be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance

MUST RESIDE IN THE United States (U.S.) and the work MUST BE PERFORMED in the United States (U.S.), as this work is for a federal contract and laws do apply.

Required Certifications (or will have required certifications within 4 months of the offer):

· ServiceNow: Software and Hardware Asset Management Fundamentals

· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator

Preferred Skills: Preference for those who also have ITIL v4, CIS – SAM, CIS-HAM, CIS -Discovery, CIS – Service Mapping

Pay Range – There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$100,034.00 – $170,058.00
