Position Summary
The Data Analyst of Language Access Interpreter Services is responsible for providing data analytics, technical and business expertise to help maximize efficiency for interpreter access services across MHS. The incumbent will also consult and advise on technical components of the data analytics to provide insight and feedback. This position supports the organization’s Access strategy. The Analyst serves as a liaison between the clinical departments, Epic, and leadership to communicate user needs and facilitate system modification to improve or enhance interpreter services access at the point of registration.
Essential Functions
Data cleaning and preparation.
Data analysis and exploration, looking for trends or areas in need of improvement for reporting to VPs/ AVPs/Dir
Diagnosing problems and coordinating/recommending the appropriate additional resources needed to determine and deliver resolution.
Creating data visualizations, dashboards, and reports.
Domain knowledge of existing reporting tools.
Collect and extract data-related inquiries, set-up process to make the data more relevant and efficient to key stakeholders.
Performs final edits and distributes timely and complete data to the AVP/Dir for reporting to the Department of Justice and Department of Civil Rights.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum 5 years of Epic/Cadence experience required
Minimum 5 years of work experience in business operations, finance, billing, healthcare organization and or medical group preferred
Consideration will be made in lieu of education for qualified candidate

Pay and Benefit Expectations
We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $75,254.00 – $108,285.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
