The Zoho CRM Manager oversees the implementation of the Zoho One suite by providing guidance, prioritization, and technical direction to the Zoho team while collaborating with Virtuoso departments. This role is responsible for the implementation and maintenance of features and functionality based on core business requirements, system and integration activities, and providing up to date status reporting for the Virtuoso Zoho implementation.

Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Manage the day-to-day activities for the Zoho team.
Use strong project management, organizational, and leadership skills to prioritize implementation activities.
Offer technical direction and work with the implementation team to ensure new systems, services, and functionality within Zoho are implemented accurately.
Collaborate with the team to determine the correct processes to support implementation activities.
Drive requirements and ensure implementation activities support those requirements.
Design, implement, test, and maintain integration and import rules and automated processes within Zoho.
Collaborate and cooperate with the implementation team and business stakeholders to define and develop requirements and processes to best utilize the technology platforms available.

Educational and Skills Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree
5 – 7 years of related work experience
Track record of successful CRM implementation and successful systems integration
Proficient in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel usage
Experience configuring and customizing software including programming/scripting, troubleshooting technical systems, database queries, and associated best practices
Proficiency in CRM best practices and reporting
Proficiency in Zoho
Proficiency in middleware integration toolsets
Experience writing technical training materials and conducting educational sessions
Ability to learn technical tools and techniques quickly
Problem solving

Strong communicator- oral and written, strong language skills
Ability to engage people and strive for the win-win-win
Forward thinking, curious and creative
Able to collect and analyze complex information, problem solve, and make decisions

Travel Requirements:

Travel is rarely required for this position (0-1 trips per year).
Any travel will be entirely domestic.

Type/Nature of Contacts:

Internal: Key job contacts are primarily with clerical and technical personnel outside of the job’s immediate work unit/department.
External: Regular contact with Zoho partners.
