Sr. Sales Executive
Work Location: (Remote) – Looking For North West Regional Sales
This exciting Sr. Sales Development Representative position is responsible for generating new business opportunities within customs brokerage and other trade services. Prospecting new business along with working hand and hand with our outside sales team you will be responsible for meeting and exceeding the annual revenue targets from small to large accounts.
As a Sales Representative, you will build your territory and customer base by selling our unique web-based platform to them that will drive efficiencies in their business for their customs clearance process, provide document storage, end to end visibility regardless of freight forwarder, etc.
You will be responsible for gaining new business in your territory and growing your customer base to meet quota goals.
·                Sell technology solution of “Logistics as a Service” (LaaS), focusing on customs brokerage and drayage revenue growth.
·                Maximize sales growth from existing customers through the development of new sales, product marketing, and customer support strategies; and achieving specific volume growth targets in the assigned area(s) of the business.
·                Ability to cold call and generate meetings daily 
·                Generate leads and prospects to KlearNow
·                Establish and maintain business relationship with new clients
·                Work closely with other team members to ensure company objectives are met
·                Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and work closely with departments to finalize contracts
·                Work with sales and other business units to ensure clients issues are resolved
·                Achieve or exceed sales target
·                Perform other related duties as assigned by management
Work Experience & Skills Required
·                Requires a minimum of 6-15 years of outside sales in freight forwarding, Customs Brokerage or Drayage.
·                Experience with Logistics domain or processes, systems, and solutions as well as customs brokerage
·                Highly experienced in sales cycle and onboarding and maintaining clients
·                Proven track record to achieve and exceed sales target goals annually
·                Prioritize workload and meet tight deadlines
·                Working knowledge of a customer relationship management (CRM) 
·                Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
·                Knowledge of international commercial transportation (air and ocean freight)
·                MBA degree in Marketing/ Sales/ Logistics / Supply Chain.
·                Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
·                Has a very strong network Specially Enterprise OR Logistics Customers.
