Global Development ITSM Platform (SAM) – Service Now Developer
Develop and implement robust solutions for automating ServiceNow service requests through the creation of custom workflows, forms, and APIs (Application Programming Interfaces)
roles and responsibilities
Technical development and maintaining custom workflows, catalog items in the service request module and other enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
Designing and implementing application integrations between ServiceNow and systems used in the innovative medicine R&D ecosystem.
Participate in regular technical meetings with Solution Architect / technical team weekly or ad-hoc as per operational needs.
Developing of New API
Minor release – implementing AI solutions for the platform
Development of new or update to existing API
1-4 complex Service Catalog items – depending on requirements
how to succeed
Bachelor’s degree (University degree) or equivalent education / relevant experience required
Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a demonstrated focus on ITSM modules.
Proven track record of successfully delivering customised solutions, system integrations, and enhancements within the ServiceNow platform.
Previous experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry is a plus, but not mandatory.
This role offers a very competitive hourly rate. This contract will run for 12 months and has a chance of extension.
