Customer Support Agent – Albanian + Serbian/Croatian


Position: Albanian + Serbian/Croatian Customer Support Agent

Location: Remote/work from home in Romania

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Communicate via inbound and outbound calls, emails, tickets, and chats with existing customers to solve their issues within guidelines
  • Ensure the delivery of an efficient and very high quality customer experience at every contact
  • Update the database of customers and document activities and history for further contacts and campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Based in or willingness to move to Romania
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in three languages: Albanian and Serbian/Croatian or Macedonian or Slovenian (one of those three languages) and English or Romanian
  • College degree or related work experience in a BPO/customer support
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Responsible and reliable attitude
  • Very good customer service skills with pleasant, friendly voice/understandability
  • High motivation and enthusiastic approach
  • Planning and prioritisation skills
  • Effective decision making

OFFER:
