Virtual Assistant

We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

  • Inbox Management:
    • Efficiently manage and organize the inbox.
    • Respond to approximately 20-80 emails per day using 45 pre-designed templates in Google Docs, varying with launches and media activities.
    • Respond to emails Monday-Friday by 10:00am EST.
    • Create and send newsletters
  • Customer Support:
    • Provide prompt and courteous customer support.
    • Address customer inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Outreach for Speaking Engagements:
    • Proactively reach out for potential speaking opportunities via cold emailing universities, companies, cities, etc.
    • Maintain professionalism and uphold brand image in all communications.
    • Use for finding contact. 
  • Scheduling:
    • Coordinate and manage schedules, including setting up meetings and appointments.
    • Follow up with volunteers to make sure they are on track.
  • Various Administrative Tasks:
    • Perform a variety of other tasks as needed, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
    • Provide invoices and make payments using PayPal, and track finances.

  • Interest in humanitarian efforts.
  • Proficient with WordPress
  • Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant is a must.
  • Intuitively organized with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent command of English with good grammar skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to
  • Able to work independently and comfortable with direct communication.
  • Availability for a minimum of 10-12 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
  • Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern or Central Time Zone.
